Learn to Engage Today's Volunteer Workforce
Most nonprofits fall short of understanding the talent management component of attracting, retaining and engaging volunteers within their organizations. Many volunteer departments are mismanaged or misunderstood by leadership with volunteers not being fully cultivated or seen as human capital. This class will provide an overview of today's trends in volunteer engagement, best practices in training, orienting, and supporting volunteers.
