Credit Validation for DoDEA Participants Only
This course is designed to provide caregivers with essential self-care strategies. Participants will learn to identify stressors, develop self-care plans, and build resilience. The course emphasizes practical application and reflection, promoting a culture of self-care within educational settings. A group will be created in TEAMS, Schoology, or Lumio with all course participants to facilitate reflection, submission of work, and ongoing communication. The platform will also encourage support, resource sharing, peer collaboration, engagement, motivation, and feedback. This course is designed to be interactive, informative, and engaging.Learner Outcomes
