Identify Components of Project Contract Management
This course offers an in-depth exploration of construction contract administration, focusing on the preparation, coordination, and execution of critical project documentation, submittals, and quality management systems. Students will examine the roles and responsibilities of key project participants, including contractors, owners, and design professionals across preconstruction, construction, and post-construction phases, while addressing compliance, safety, and communication standards. Through practical application of industry best practices, students will develop the skills to manage project workflows, assess regulatory requirements, and support successful project delivery.
