Course Description

Credit Validation for DoDEA Participants Only

Disciplinary Literacy was designed to foster cross curricular collaboration between district personnel and school personnel, opportunities for participants to reflect on instructional strategies, and opportunities to implement instructional changes with the aim of positively impacting student achievement.

Learner Outcomes

Engage in cross curricular collaboration between district and school personnel
Implement instructional strategies aimed at improving students’ literacy skills
Develop a lesson incorporating instructional strategies acquired throughout the course
