Credit Validation, Convenient Online Format
This course provides the student with an understanding of the credential program requirements as well as the development of effective classroom organization and management strategies. Other topics include an overview of CTE/AE and instructional strategies for a safe and effective classroom.
Learner Outcomes
- Fulfill requirements for the Designated Subjects 3-year preliminary CTE credentials and the 3-year preliminary Adult Education credential
- Demonstrate how to establish an effective and safe learning environment, including classroom management and procedures to ensure student success
- Demonstrate understanding of how Adult Education and CTE foundational documents impact program planning for all teachers

Who Should Attend: Teachers who need to fulfill the requirements for the Designated Subjects 3-year preliminary CTE credentials (issued after 9/1/2010) and the 3-year preliminary Adult education credentials (issued after 2/1/2013)
