Build Financial Models for the Acquisition and Refinancing of Commercial Real Estate

This hands-on continuing education course consists of weekly deliverables where students will prepare and present financial models and analysis for the case studies to determine the overall profitability and feasibility, and to identify the risk attributes that can affect the investment.

  • Identify investment opportunity analysis for a bulk sale of condominiums
