This book study will use the text The Impact Cycle by Jim Knight as part of the Instructional Systems Specialist (ISS) Community of Practice for the Pacific South District. It is designed for Instructional Systems Specialists (ISS) who seek to deepen their understanding of the role and processes of instructional coaching and refine their coaching practices using The Impact Cycle. Participants will engage in collaborative discussions, reflective activities, and practical applications to explore key concepts and strategies presented in the book.
