The Paraprofessional Professional Development Program is designed to equip para-educators with the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in today's dynamic educational environment. This program focuses on enhancing effective communication, behavior management, instructional strategies, and specialized support for students with disabilities or unique learning needs. Tailored specifically for military-connected schools, the curriculum addresses the unique challenges and opportunities of these settings. Through structured sessions, participants will engage in comprehensive training to support inclusive education, promote diversity, and foster collaborative partnerships within the community.
