Credit Validation For DoDEA Participants Only

In this graduate credit course, participants will be able to: connect with and elevate practices educators are already implementing and provides actions to further improve the instructional quality of science notebooks. It also offers graduate credit and supports educators in reflecting on their practice through discussion and written reflection.

Learner Outcomes

  • Deepen understanding of the role of science notebooks to enhance the learning experience for all students 
  •  Enhance knowledge of theoretical and pedagogical approaches related to the importance of science notebooks
  •  Engage in implementation and collegial conversations to:
    • Reflect on personal and others’ perspectives
    • Build knowledge on the topic

Course Details

Number of Units: 2.0 graduate level extension credit(s) in semester hours
