Credit Validation for Teacher Induction Mentors Only
The Teacher Induction Program is a two year, California state-approved system that includes the individualized assistance of a Mentor on a regular basis. The Mentor helps with the collection of evidence and data that reflects the California Standards for the teaching profession and state adopted academic standards over time. The Teacher Induction Program promotes reflection and formative assessment about teaching skills and practices allowing credential candidates to experience rich quality embedded professional development.

Who Should Attend: This course provides continuing education for teachers enrolled in mentor programs with their district and/or consortium.

The University of San Diego partners with this program to offer graduate-level academic credit. To receive credit, participants must first register and complete coursework through the external program provider.
