Learn How to Build High‑Quality Projects Using Industry Case Studies

This course will cover aspects of the Project Management Mindset related to creating value and actively incorporating quality into the project management process.  Students will incorporate these concepts into the process of selecting a project management approach and developing a project scope and schedule using appropriate tools and techniques. The course will also include updated case studies for students to choose from including ones related to Energy Resources, Supply Chain and Logistics, Healthcare, Remodeling, Banking Software, and an International Business Launch.

  • Describe predictive and adaptive development and their life cycles
  • Apply quality and continuous improvement in project management to processes and deliverables
  • Incorporate Generative AI into project management activities
  • Create a Mind map representing a breakdown of project requirements
