Through six expert-led, hands-on sessions, you’ll explore real challenges, design meaningful solutions, and walk away with ready-to-implement strategies tailored to your leadership role—whether in the classroom, at the district level, or beyond.

Learner Outcomes
- Design a comprehensive AI integration vision aligned with their school’s educational objectives and priorities related to human intelligence
- Evaluate AI educational tools using established frameworks (e.g., SAMR, Triple E, 18-point rubric) to support strategic implementation decisions
- Create ready-to-deploy AI professional development materials, subject-specific use cases, or student AI literacy curriculum based on their chosen specialization path
- Implement at least 10 cutting-edge AI tools selected specifically for educational contexts, with appropriate ethical considerations
- Develop workflow automations that enhance productivity in educational settings while maintaining human oversight
- Articulate the connections between Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles and AI integration strategies to ensure equitable educational experiences
- Reflect on personal growth from the beginning of the course
- Apply course learning to create a personalized AI Implementation Roadmap
