This course equips leaders with the strategy, structure, and ethical frameworks needed to guide enterprise-level AI transformation. Through hands-on labs, scenario-based analysis, and real-world roadmapping exercises, students will learn how to build product-based AI teams, define cross-functional execution plans, and scale measurable business value.
