This book study will use the text The Instructional Coaching Handbook as part of the ISS Community of Practice for the Pacific West District. It is designed for ISSs seeking to deepen their understanding and refine their practices using The Instructional Coaching Handbook by Young, Julien, and Osbourne. Participants will engage in collaborative discussions, reflective activities, and practical applications to explore the key concepts and strategies presented in the handbook.
