Course Description

Credit Validation for DoDEA Participants Only

Teachers will learn about technology tools that can motivate, personalize, and engage students in their learning, supporting continuous improvement in teaching and learning. Synchronous and interactive online technology professional learning sessions will be available every Tuesday and Thursday.

Learner Outcomes

  • Discover how technology can be utilized to motivate
  • Learn about a wide range of DoDEA-approved technology tools that increase engagement, relevance, and rigor for students
  • Participate in a minimum of 10 synchronous online ‘Tech Talk’ sessions and engage in an online discussion forum to share questions, ideas, and expertise
  • Write a 2-page paper detailing how at least 4 of the ‘Tech Talks 5’ technology tools were incorporated to support improved student learning, or post two lesson samples to the ‘DoDEA Europe Lesson Sharing Portal’ that incorporate at least two separate technology tools presented in ‘Tech Talks 6’

Refund Policy: All Credit Validation enrollments are refundable, less a $25 fee, if requested within 30 days of enrollment date. There will be no refunds for Credit Validation after the allotted 30 days.
