Implement Mindfulness Activities into Your Teaching for Student Engagement
Learn how to harness the benefits of mindfulness in an active and engaged format. Whether you are a coach or supervising PE, working with young children, or just need to shake things up for those extra active students, this is the class you have been searching for!
Participants will develop a mindfulness activity that consists of an age appropriate intervention, description, script and presentation.

- Create specific topical tools with movement in mind
- Combine with breathing and emotional exercises, or stand-alone, contingent upon teacher subject and age/grade

Who Should Attend: This course provides continuing education for teachers that want to incorporate mindfulness activities in the classroom, including PK-5 elementary teachers, PE teachers, and dance, art and therapy/special needs educators, or those that teach young and active students.
