This final course in the Teacher Leadership Certificate program allows participants to explore the process of how effective leaders reflect on their practice and how they leverage and support partnerships.

- Explore the process of building, maintaining, and growing effective teams
- Explore effective communication strategies
- Experience a mock interview
- Develop a modern resume and Digital Portfolio, curating artifacts and reflections from throughout the certificate program

Prerequisites
Successful completion of both EDU-X782R Discovering Your Leadership Potential and EDU-X783R Leadership in Action is required.
This course requires participants to be able to self-advocate to acquire new technology skills such as Google apps, extensions and Digital portfolio tools.
