Credit Validation for California Association for Leading Innovation in Education (CALIE) Participants Only

The CALIE Certified Educator Program is a cohort-based leadership development experience created by educators, for educators. Through expert-led sessions, peer collaboration, personalized coaching, and an applied capstone project, participants develop the skills to identify current needs, create practical action plans, apply leadership and systems-change frameworks, and support meaningful improvements in teaching and learning.

What You Will Learn

  • Analyze current needs, opportunities, and system conditions within educational settings to identify meaningful areas for improving teaching, learning, or professional practice

  • Design an Innovation Leadership Plan that explains a selected focus, incorporates feedback and evidence, and outlines a realistic path for future implementation
