Income Tax Information

We will be processing 1098-T requests beginning January 31, 2025.

To request your 1098-T to be mailed to you (we are unable to send electronic copies) please email continuinged@sandiego.edu. Your request must be in writing and include the following information:

• First and Last Name
• Date of Birth
• Last 4 Digits of SSN
• Preferred Mailing Address
• The Tax Year for the Form You are Requesting
